Guarantee & Return Policy

  • We guarantee our maples will arrive in good condition or we will refund your money or replace them upon return within 14 days. The Buyer pays for shipping a replacement. Or if money is refunded it is the price of the maple, excluding shipping. We guarantee our maples are healthy and true to name at the time of shipment. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

  • We realize that careful consideration and time is involved in the choice of your Japanese Maples. We guarantee our maples will grow the first season. If maples are shipped in the spring the first season is the end of summer. Our policy is not to ship during the winter months when the maples are dormant, but on a case by case basis there can be a possible exception.

  • We cannot be responsible for unseasonable weather, especially hard winters due to climate change. If a maple fails to thrive the next spring a discount will be offered for a replacement maple. The amount of the discount will be determined by Eastfork Nursery. Shipping is the responsibility of the buyer.
